Zx4r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using zx4r's services. Continued use of this platform means you accept all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the zx4r platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the zx4r platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using this platform immediately. zx4r reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Anyone under this age is prohibited from using zx4r services.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full zx4r experience, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without warning.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential.
- All activities carried out through your account, whether by you or anyone else.
- Notify zx4r immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keep your personal information up to date and accurate at all times.
Zx4r shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure. Users are also prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring accounts to another party, or using another person's account without authorisation.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the zx4r platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zx4r platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information to other users.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, or defamatory.
- Engaging in fraud or any conduct intended to obtain an unfair or unlawful advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
Violating any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and zx4r reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the zx4r platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. zx4r accepts no liability for failed transactions caused by inaccurate information or issues with third-party payment service providers.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits that have been successfully credited cannot be reversed once processed.
- Withdrawals are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC).
- Zx4r reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change in line with the platform's current policies.
- Bonus funds are subject to the specified rollover requirements before they may be withdrawn.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the zx4r support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be resolvable.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The zx4r platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, zx4r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the zx4r platform are the exclusive property of zx4r or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The zx4r platform may contain references to third-party services or content. zx4r does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Zx4r reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent or suspicious activity, promotion abuse, registration using false information, or instructions from a relevant authority. Funds held in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the zx4r support team. Eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable rollover requirements having been met.
Amendments to Terms
Zx4r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date displayed. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the zx4r platform should first be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is taken. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
